PSPINC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Site Monster for lawful business or personal purposes.
This license does not grant you ownership of the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PSPINC.
Site Monster is provided free of charge. PSPINC reserves the right to modify, discontinue, update, or restrict access to the Software at any time without notice.

Opening ports or exposing services to the Internet may create security risks. PSPINC does not provide security guarantees or configuration advice beyond documentation.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
PSPINC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
PSPINC does not warrant that the Software will operate uninterrupted, meet your requirements, or be free of defects or vulnerabilities.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSPINC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL PSPINC’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10.00).
YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PSPINC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use, misuse, or configuration of the Software.
The Software, branding, trademarks, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of PSPINC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a U.S. embargoed country or on any U.S. government restricted party list. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export laws.
Furthermore, the Software is not designed, intended, or authorized for use in high-risk environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, where the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
PSPINC may release updates or modifications to the Software at its discretion. These Terms apply to all updates unless stated otherwise.
Your use of the website and download form is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
PSPINC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software or website if these Terms are violated.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
